Nvision provided collaborative master planning, design, and construction administration services for Hollybrook Terrace Townhomes, a 36-unit, affordable, townhouse-style condominium subdivision. This development consisted of 10 three- and four-plex style buildings with two-bedroom/one-car and three-bedroom/two-car units. Units were designed to minimize “party walls” at all floor levels so each unit has its own identity and feels like a single-family home. The architectural style is traditional yet contemporary. The streets were designed to reduce automobile speed and traffic. There is on-street parking for guests, and occupant garages are tucked away in special “Car Courts.” Landscaping, green space, and amenities such as covered front porches and street lighting contribute to the community atmosphere. Located in Independence Park, Hollybrook Terrace is a neighborhood within a neighborhood.
