Fort Richardson Troop Health Clinic

This project was completed by Livingston Slone, Inc., which merged with Nvision Architecture, Inc., in early 2020.
The Fort Richardson Troop Health Clinic was designed to provide primary care, physical therapy, physical exam, optometry, mental health, and preventive medicine to active-duty soldiers. The project followed U.S. Army standards, JCAHO Environment of Care, and the AIA Guidelines of Health Facilities. The result includes 13 exam rooms, lab suite, hydration observation, immunization room, phlebotomy, imaging suite, hearing screening, optometry clinic, pharmacy suite, counseling areas, and staff offices. Exterior materials incorporate a mix of glass and metal curtain wall, masonry wainscoting, and aluminum siding. Staff offices and waiting area locations allow for natural light and outdoor views.
