Summary

Nvision provided design and construction administration services for the restoration and conversion of an existing seafood processing plant on Raspberry Road. The existing facility had been used for administrative offices, cold storage, food processing, and warehousing and included more than 170,000 SF of space, as well as an additional 90,000 SF freezer/storage facility on two separate fragmented lots. The church bought the facility and worked with Nvision to complete a Phase I conversion that included: 170,000 SF of multi-use space, 70,000 SF of educational space, a 1,600-seat auditorium, and a 7,500 SF foyer. Nvision’s scope of work included facility condition surveys, code and life safety reviews, programming, master planning, design concepts, and phasing development. Construction was completed in November, 2019 on a new welcome area and student center.
