Summary

Nvision provided collaborative planning, design, and construction administration services for the development of two similar single-story retail/business buildings, one 16,800 SF and the other 14,400 SF, located on the northwest corner of Artillery Road and Mausel Street in Eagle River. The buildings are virtually identical except for the depth reduction from 70’ to 60’ that reduced the size of the second building. The design was centered around maximizing lot coverage on the owner’s property while providing the most square footage with the required parking. Due to the constrained budget, Nvision utilized inexpensive materials and construction techniques to develop a comfortable, aesthetically pleasing retail development that is now home to several businesses, including professional firms and even a brewery.
