Summary

Nvision provided design and construction administration services for the adaptation of this nearly century-old Anchorage building to meet a modern law office’s needs. Nvision’s design was sensitive to original architectural features and includes a façade restoration that respects and enhances the historic character of the building. The team was tasked with utilizing as much of the existing space as possible to keep costs to a minimum. Nvision designed a renewed reception area, small conference room, large conference room, offices, work stations, a kitchen/break-room area, a copier area, and a file room. Alternatives for basement use were explored, and a new secondary main entry was added to the east side of the building.
